Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received. The item must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will process your refund request within 10-20 days of receiving it. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will typically notify you by email within 10-20 days. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund, which will usually be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 10-20 days.

If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. Specific shipping costs depend on the courier company you choose.

If the goods you receive are damaged or do not match the description due to our fault, you will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
